Mourne Park Zip Line Challenge + 5K Self Guided Walk

Arrive to Mourne Park in your group, complete the 100 metre Mega River Gorge Zip Line Challenge, next your group will take on the 5K self guided walk through the breath taking Mourne Country Park.

Kilbroney Park Challenge

Date: Sunday 11th February

Time: Starting at 10:00AM

Location: Kilbroney Cafe Car Park, Rostrevor

Price: £15.00 per person

Activities: Disc Golf and Orienteering Challenge

Using a Frisbee, teams take part in a “round” by landing the flying disc in up to 7 goals that are set out along a pathway using as few throws as possible. Frisbee-golf is like golf, but uses a Frisbee instead of a club and a golf ball.

Your group will navigate their way around the orienteering course using a detailed map of the area to find pre-set points throughout the park. These activities are suitable for all abilities.

Slieve Donard Challenge

Date: Sunday 18th February

Time: Starting 9:00AM

Price: £35.00 per person

Location: Meet in Donard Park, Newcastle

Our Summit Donard challenge takes in the classic route to the top, starting in Donard car park, following the Glen river past the Ice House and then on to the Saddle between Donard and Commedagh Mountain. From here it’s a sharp climb following the Mourne Wall to the Summit.

After summiting participants retrace the same route back to the starting point. It will be a guided walk with groups being allocated mountain leaders for the duration of the day.
